How It Works
Get rewarded! Every completed sale between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026, earns you one entry into our Annual Grand Prize Draw – no tier thresholds or volume requirements. Every Realtor with a completed sale has a chance to win.
We take care of the tracking, so you can focus on finding the perfect Westhills home for your clients. Your sales and entries are recorded throughout the calendar year, with entries accumulating towards the draw.
Be sure to attend the Annual Westhills Realtor Appreciation Event, where the Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected and announced.

For every sale you complete in 2026:
- You automatically receive 1 entry per completed sale, within the calendar year, into the Grand Prize Draw valued at $10,000
- Receive a social media shoutout recognizing your sale(s) and partnership with Westhills
Get the Details
- The compensation earned by the realtor under the multiple listing agreements and exclusive listing agreements for each property is 3% and 1.5%.
- Prizes will be announced in the New Year at our Realtor Appreciation Event. Realtors must be present to be entered into the draw and to claim their prize.
- Only a single realtor shown on page one of a contract as writing the deal will receive an entry.
- Eligible deals must be written and completed between January 1st, 2026, and December 31st, 2026, by the same individual realtor.
